Amit Gavish brings a comprehensive international security and anti-terrorism resume to his position. A recognized expert on counter-terrorism, Mr. Gavish has 12 years of security and military experience in Israel, where he served as the Deputy Director of Security at the Office of the President. Mr. Gavish has also served as a Staff Sergeant in Israel's Defense Forces, (IDF) infantry.

Along with his operational and tactical background Mr. Gavish brings a wealth of theoretical knowledge. Working as a Research Assistant at Harvard University, Mr. Gavish has conducted research on radical Islamic groups, the Arab-Israeli conflict and the Persian Gulf security concerns. Mr. Gavish holds a B.A and M.A degrees in Contemporary Middle Eastern and International Relations studies from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, Israel.

Mr. Gavish has conducted and headed numerous security consulting engagements which include risk assessments, the development of emergency plans and specialized training programs. Among his clients are a major international airport, critical infrastructure facilities, municipalities, fortune 500 companies and law enforcement agencies.
